Accessibility statement

Last updated 30 October 2026 · Covers loonsoftworks.com, the app websites and the apps

Our commitment

Everyone should be able to use our websites and apps, including people who use screen readers, larger text, keyboards, switch control or voice control. If something gets in your way, email [email protected] and we will fix it or find another way to help.

Standard we aim for

Our websites aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which is also the level referred to by Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the European Accessibility Act.

What we do

  • Pages work with a keyboard alone, show a visible focus outline and start with a “Skip to content” link.
  • Text and controls meet AA colour contrast in light and dark mode, and pages follow your system’s dark mode and reduced-motion settings.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% and pages reflow down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
  • Every image that carries information has a text alternative; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Headings are in order, links say where they go, and each page declares its language.
  • No content flashes, autoplays or moves on its own, and nothing depends on JavaScript.
  • In the apps we use Apple’s and Google’s standard controls so VoiceOver, TalkBack, larger text sizes and other system features work as designed, and we test with them before each release.

Known limitations

  • Some guides and press pages are available in English only.
  • Screenshots show the apps in English or French; their content is described in the surrounding text.

Feedback and other formats

Email [email protected] to report a barrier or to ask for any page in another format, such as plain text or a large-print PDF. We reply within five business days.

How we checked

We review pages with automated checkers, keyboard-only use and VoiceOver before publishing changes. This statement was prepared on 30 October 2026.
