Website privacy
Our websites set no cookies, run no analytics and load nothing from other companies. If you email us, we use your message only to answer you. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked below.
Who is responsible
Rayn Rosnuk, who makes apps as Loon Softworks, 181 Gerrard St E, C4, Toronto, ON M5A 2E5, Canada. Email [email protected].
What happens when you visit
Our sites are static pages hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare’s servers process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not use this information to identify you, we do not build visitor profiles, and we have no access to individual visitor logs beyond aggregate traffic and security statistics in Cloudflare’s dashboard. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
None. There are no cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, embedded videos, social media widgets or web fonts from other companies. That is why there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this page and a consent choice will come first.
Mail sent to [email protected] is forwarded to our private mailbox. We use your message only to reply, keep it while your question is open, and delete it once it is resolved unless you ask us to keep helping.
The apps
Each app explains exactly what it does with your information:
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Canada’s PIPEDA, Quebec’s Law 25, the EU or UK GDPR, or US state laws), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Because the websites collect nothing, this usually only concerns emails you have sent us. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, in Canada the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
We post any change on this page and update the date at the top.
